Yep, I've had the privilege of talking to some of my blogster friends over the phone over the years... here's the Reader's Digest version... and I promise this is the truth.
Dawgnurse... ( called as I was about to climb under the house and wire the stereo speaks" "Cinnnnndy? ( with a slow thick southern drawl) This is the dawgnurse. You KNOW there are spiders and snakes and things under that house.. what about electricity, can you get shocked under there?" A delightful conversation, felt like we knew each other forever.

Elkhound... I have the honor of talking with her frequently. Not a thick Yankee accent at all, but crisp and articulate. " Make jewelry? I don't know if I could make jewelry." Well, guess what.... she did and it's beautiful.
Chihulalover... ( another drawl but the Texas kind) " Cindy.... Mary and I thought it would be niiiiiiiiiiiiice and to a conference call..... Oh NO! The horse stepped on your foot! Are you OK? Cindy? Cinnnnndy? OH NO! Can you walk... Mary! The horse just stepped on her foot!! Can you post a photo of it?" yes girls, I posted a photo of it and never said a cuss word while I tried to move the horse off of the wall and off of my foot. What laughs we have had.

Catdancer.... ( another crisp but soft, kind voice) " Cindy, I understand what you are talking about regarding your surgery, here are some tips and things that happened while I was in the hospital that might help you... a VERY caring voice, you could tell in everything she said, and yes Catdancer, I did ask about the gauze beforehand. LOL)
Grumpy.... I know you are all waiting to hear about this one.... let's see .....in the voice of Eeyore.. " Hi Cindy, this is Grumpy." to which I responded, " HEYYYYYYYYY you old fart, how are you doing?" I kid you not, the conversation continued just as we do here a blogsters, jabs here and there, but of course a wise old fart he is... the older, MUCH older brother I always wish I could of had. ( not really an Eeyore voice, I was kidding about that.)

Gotta jet and fed the horses, but will add more later about other conversations. You guys are the best!
