Jondude, Can I Have a Check Please?

February 28, 2007 / by MentalHealthRN

I mentioned my dilemma of forty people for a rehearsal dinner at $35.00 a person, thinking " Gosh, that adds up to a lot of money!"

I opened up a Christmas club account and am now transferring $35.00 a day from my on line checking account into it every morning. I now have $70.00.

I had to go to the grocery stores yesterday afternoon for odds and ends so I looked around the house and found dollars and change for my items instead of using the old "debit card."

I wish I didn't have that thing, but you can't go out without it~ gas, etc.

Anyone have any ideas?  HOW I can get through the day without a debit card and without cutting it up?

Every dime I save will go into the Christmas/wedding club I opened.

I'm open for any ideas. ( And thank you Grumpy for announcing to the malls that I won't be there for a month. Actually it is 38 days ~ to meet my goal)

P.S.   I have $11.47 to spend today in cash.

HEY, I could always borrow from Buggs campaign money!!!!

RATS.... Jon-dude has to co-sign those checks too.

Hit the lottery?????I keep hoping. Anyway, let me know about trading ideas for centerpieces and such. My mom made them so inexpensively, yet they were gorgeous. [THUMBUP]

Is there knowledge about a specific subject that you can share with other people.. like say History or whatever.. maybe you come up with an outline on the subject, rent a meeting room at the local library.. advertise cheaply as possible.. spread the word and charge $5.00 per person to come to the meeting. hehe Just an idea.[BLUSH]
