It has been years, since I have been to Mardi Gras... more like decades.
Since I am now crowd-a-phobic, I shall enjoy the live cams and flashbacks back to the last time I went.....

I am going to check out those cams! I love Mardi Gras...I love all the bright colors! Yeah, the music and costumes and parties, etc., too, but none would be as good without all those colors!
Rex selected the official Mardi Gras colors in 1872. The 1892 Rex Parade theme Symbolism of Colors gave meaning to the colors: purple represents justice; green, faith; and gold, power.
I have been to NO but never on Fat Tuesday. Maybe I need to
loosen up a little. I mean what's to lose but a few beads ?
Now that is a LOT of people there.
