*My Ebay Coconut*

This coconut was given to my daughter during the  1993 Mardi Gra parade by a guy on the "Zulu" float.
 
The masked man gave her a head nod, which meant come get a coconut instead of beads. She had jump over the barricade, ran past the policemen,  ran up to the float and grabbed it.
 
Since then it has remained in the bag in the back of my filing cabinet.  I am about to open it, here.. live on blogster.
          

Well, here it is!  Interesting.... I was wondering~ If I put it on EBay, at some RIDICULOUS PRICE ~ like $5,000.00, would it sell?
         
 
The thing is, if it DID sale for that then I would HAVE to sell it, and I don't think she should part with it.  Kinda like a treasure, will it only go up in price, or would some filthy rich person  be willing to pay the ridiculous amount?
            
 
I have no idea, I've never sold anything on EBay... would it be weird to try to sell a coconut?

    I think you should save it, but there isn't anything wrong with selling a coconut on e-bay. They have sold worse.[THUMBUP]

    I didn't know we now had to put "Germany" in quotes. That's nearly as funny as the coconut itself.

    A coconut would, by far, not be the wierdest thing sold on Ebay.

    [HUH][OHMY][OHMY][OHMY]DON'T SELL IT ,, those are very hard to get , and they may not pass them out again,,, I thought I heard some talk that they were stopping the "coconut give away"[SAD][SAD][SAD]

    If navel lint and a sandwich with Mother Theresa's likeness on it will sell, the coconut is a sure thing. However...don't sell it!![WINK][HEART]

    I think I would keep the coconut. It is really cool. I am a clutterbug, though, so don't go by what I say.
