On October 6, 2006, I lost a dear friend, Buck ONeil at the age of 94. Not only was he a Kansas City Legend but an ambassador throughout the baseball world. Kansas City and the world lost a friend who was a true gentleman with not one drop of bitterness in his heart yet having every right to be. Buck conquered bitterness and hate with love. Gods Love. His theme and title song everywhere he went with every audience standing and holding hands singing, "The Greatest Thing In All My Life Is Loving You." Buck showed us all the true meaning of love and "giving it up."

In Christ,

Tracking Secret Santa

hirty-five years ago a cold, hungry, and homeless young man walked into the Dixie Diner in Houston, Mississippi. With no money in his pockets he concocted a plan of petty crime to get something to eat and then pretend he had lost his wallet. He had no idea what was in store for him.

A single act of kindness by a man named Ted Horn, the owner of the diner, changed this young man's life forever.

I was that young man who walked in the Dixie Diner and by the Grace of God came face to face with one of His Angels. As I was leaving town I said a prayer of thanks and told God that if He ever put me in the position to help others I will do it, and in a way that will allow people to keep their dignity. I will never forget that day, nor will I ever forget my Angel, Ted Horn.

In Christ,

Larry Stewart

This website is dedicated to Ted Horn and the millions of other Ted Horn's who change the lives of people more than they may ever know just by a single Act Of Kindness, an "AOK."

I read about this man and heard his story on FOX news...quite impressive. I've always played a little game called, "giving away tons of money to people who deserve it and not let them know where it came from". Usually when the Georgia Lottery gets up into the 150 million mark. But I'm too cheap to buy tickets! That, and the fact the odds are heavily against me winning.[ROLLEYES][HEART]

Really an inspiration. Amazing how the Lord put one good person in front of this man and it is still reaping good in the name of the Lord.[HEART][SMILE] And people say the Lord no longer works in our lives!![HEART][SMILE]
